Job preparation

1. Clean up the machine and working place.

6. Check whether the banding machine runs normally through trial operation.

7. Get your materials and accessories.

Job program

1. Heat the glue pot to 180 degrees, and turn on other switches when the indicator light is on. When sealing the edge, the temperature of the glue pot should be 180 plus or minus 20 degrees, and the glue shaft should be kept at about 200 plus or minus 20 degrees.

2. Install the sealing strip, put the workpiece on the conveyor belt, and close to the guideway baffle, and then parallel evenly advance.

3. Each processing a workpiece, must be the first self - check.

4. Receiving personnel should sweep away the dust before stacking.

5. When the operation is over, cut off the power and clean up the site.

Matters needing attention

1. Loose clothes and gloves are strictly prohibited, and long hair must be up.

2. Do not put your hand under the conveyor belt when feeding.

3. The thickness of the edge plate should be 9-60mm.

5. When the machine appears abnormal, should immediately press the emergency stop switch or cut off the power supply.

6. After the work, cut off the power supply and clean the equipment and site.
