Sander operation precautions

(1) This is an excellent machine tool with advanced technology. It is necessary to read the machine tool manual carefully before operation so as to reasonably operate and maintain the machine tool in various working environments to ensure maximum safety.

(5) Never use the sand belt with scratches or cracks. Before installing the sand belt, ensure that the surface of each work roll is smooth, free of dirt and indentation. Make sure that the running direction of the sand belt is consistent with the direction marked on the back of the sand belt. After installing the sanding belt, check the sanding device and lock it firmly.

(6) Check whether the safety protection devices are in place, and then close all doors.

(7) Before cleaning or maintenance work, be sure to stop and power off, and use special warnings to remind the staff around.

(8) Often clean the machine tool, keep the machine tool internal working surface clean and the surrounding ground clean, which is to ensure the machining accuracy of the machine tool and extend its service life is an important premise.

Sander basic operation

(1) Install the sand belt, tighten the locking handle, and tensify the sand belt. Rotate the sanding pad to select the handwheel, select the working position of the sanding pad of the machine tool, and open the dust removal device.

(2) Connect the air source

(3) Adjust the pressure gauge so that the pressure is in line with the required pressure range of the machine. Open the emergency brake knob and press the power control button.

(4) Thickness adjustment

Press the lifting button on the operation panel to make the conveyor bed rise or fall. Release the button and the lifting will stop until the conveyor bed reaches the required processing height.

Note: Be sure to choose the appropriate amount of processing according to the processing object. When adjusting the height of the workbench, the sand frame and the feeding motor must be stopped to ensure the personal safety of the machine tool and the operator.

(5) Close all doors, press the corresponding button, start each sand head.

(6) Start the feeding conveyor belt button, start the conveyor belt, must choose the best feeding speed according to the processing object.

(7) into the processed sheet for sanding, from the ammeter can be observed the size of the motor current.

(8) Once the processing is finished, press down each stop button, wait for the sand belt to stop slowly, and then release the sand belt

Note: The "emergency stop" button can only be used in emergency situations. Frequent use of the button will wear the brake pad prematurely!
