3. Mechanical failure. There are mainly transmission failure, uneven coating, feeding failure and cutting tool failure, the main check the mechanical parts of the good condition and firm parts, transmission parts are offset.

4. Adhesive failure.   If it fails to stick, deviates, or clamps, this is a comprehensive fault related to the adhesive shaft, edge banding, sol, substrate, and operation.   This type of fault may occur alternately or singly, and the specific maintenance depends on the situation.

Regulating the pressure can be effectively controlled by twisting the self-locking nut in the spring. When the nut is twisted clockwise, the pressure of the press wheel will increase, and when the nut is twisted in the opposite direction, the pressure of the press wheel will decrease. However, when adjusting the pressure of the upper and lower pressure wheels, we should pay attention to the degree of adjustment. Although it is said to press the wheel to press the plate, but the pressure can not be too much, too loose or too tight will affect the operation of the edge machine.
