The selection of equipment lubricating oil, according to the working conditions of the machine, the working environment, the specific characteristics of the conflict appearance and the different lubrication methods, the varieties and brands of lubricating oil are not the same. The equipment with high speed and strong ability to form the oil wedge should choose the lubricating oil with low viscosity; When the load per unit area of the equipment conflict surface is large, the smooth oil with large viscosity and good oil should be selected; When the operating temperature of the equipment is high, the lubricating oil with high viscosity, high flash point, good oil and strong stability or the grease with high drop point should be used.

The smaller the gap between the equipment conflict surface, the lower the viscosity of the selected smooth oil should be; The rougher the surface of the conflict, the greater the viscosity of the selected smooth oil should be, and the smaller the working taper of the selected smooth grease should be; In the pressure circulation smooth, the oil temperature is higher, and the smooth oil with larger viscosity should be used. The smooth oil of different equipment is strictly selected according to the above principles and test results. CNC cutting machine lubricating oil under normal circumstances can not be replaced, if any replacement will destroy the lubrication environment of the equipment, so that the machine and equipment are worn, causing economic losses.
