Wardrobe and cabinet cutting machine cutting method:
1. Single cutting method: Single cutting method is a cutting method that only saws out a standard scale of clean material on a standardized artificial board. When mass-produced or produced parts have relatively single standards, the single cutting method is generally used.
2. The inductive cutting method is a cutting method that saws two or more standard scale clean material on a standardized artificial board. In the production of modern panel furniture, induction cutting method is often used to cut materials, which can fully utilize materials and improve the utilization rate of artificial boards.
Precautions for the cutting method of the wardrobe and cabinet cutting machine:
1. Pay attention to improving the production power. Many people, when planning the cutting diagram, often excessively pursue the utilization rate of the board and neglect the production power, resulting in a variety of cutting scale standards on the cutting diagram. This is not advisable, as it not only causes a decrease in power but also makes operators make simple mistakes. So the cutting scale of a large board should be minimized as much as possible, which can reduce the number of adjustments to the saw machine to ensure improved power and stable quality.
2. The arrangement of plates with allowance scale should be advantageous for processing, especially the position of the first saw. Reasonably determine the machining allowance of the plate, and the size of the plate should be the sum of the planned size of the component and the machining allowance. In general, a machining allowance of 5mm should be left in both the length and width directions of the component. If the edge of the component needs to be milled or the component needs to be glued before processing, a machining allowance of 6-10mm should be left in the corresponding direction. The arrangement of blocks should leave as much surplus material as possible for the entire edge, and keep records and archives to provide suitable small materials for future planning.
3. Considering the thickness of the edge banding strip, for the first process, as the final edge banding treatment is required for the plate, the thickness of the edge banding strip should be given when planning the cutting scale, and the direction of the grain should also be considered. The second process generally uses stickers for exterior decoration and edge sealing, while the decorative paper used now is very thin (usually less than 0.25mm), so the cutting scale cannot be ignored and only controlled from the perspective of processing accuracy.
4. When planning the cutting diagram for the width of the saw path, the width of the saw path should be taken into account. The commonly used sliding table saw with a guide usually has a sawing path width of 5mm, while other artificial board mesh edges have certain perpendicularity errors. Therefore, the sawing path width and machining allowance should also be considered for its edges.
