2. Check the rotation direction of the saw blade to ensure the correct rotation direction.

3. The thickness of the sawn wood should be limited to 10~20mm when the saw blade can expose the wood. It is necessary for the sawtooth to be on the same circumference.

4. After starting the machine, the sawing material can be performed only after the rotation speed is normal. When sawing material, the wood shall not be shaken or lifted from side to side, and the material shall be fed at a slow and uniform speed when meeting the wood section. Saw length should not be less than 100mm, close to the end, the use of push rod feeding.

5. If the saw line deviates, it should be corrected gradually and should not be pulled violently to avoid damaging the saw blade.

6. The operator shall not stand in and face the direction of centrifugal force rotating with the saw blade, and the arm shall not work across the saw blade.

7. When the machine is running, the power supply should be turned off immediately if any abnormality is found, and it should be reported to the workshop supervisor. Non-professional repairmen should not disassemble the machine and equipment privately. This machine must be dedicated by special personnel, other personnel without the approval of workshop supervisor, shall not use privately.

8. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine with gloves, slippers, sickness and alcohol.

9. The operation is finished, the power supply is blocked, the dust is removed for the machine, the remaining material is arranged thousands of net, should not be regularly refueling, maintenance.
